  • 250ml extra virgin olive oil
  • 1g wood chips

Fill your smoking gun with wood chips of your choice. Pour the olive oil into a small bowl and place it under the smoke dome . Smoke for 1-3 minutes for a mild smoky flavor or longer than 3 minutes for a richer smoky flavor.
