- olive oil
- pepper
- salty
- soy sauce
Preparation
Preparation
Wash the leeks under cold water and cut off the top of the leek leaves. Then cut off the bottom as well. You can now remove the top layer of the leek. Heat the water bath to 85°C (185°F) and place the leeks in a vacuum-sealed bag.
Yarn
Add a drizzle of olive oil and some salt and pepper and vacuum seal the bag. Place in a water bath and cook for 30 minutes at 85°C (185°F). After 30 minutes, remove the leeks from the bag and let them drain.
Grilling
Cut the leek into 5-centimeter pieces and skewer them with wooden skewers. Then brush the leek with soy sauce and grill the skewers for 1 minute per side. Enjoy!
