Ingredients:
- 1 leek
- olive oil
- pepper
- salty
- soy sauce
Preparation:
- Preparation: Wash the leek under cold water and cut off the top of the leek leaf. Then cut off the bottom as well. You can now remove the top layer of the leek. Heat the water bath to 85 degrees and place the leek in a vacuum bag.
- Cooking: Add a dash of olive oil and some salt and pepper and vacuum seal the bag. Place in the water bath and cook for 30 minutes at 85 degrees. After 30 minutes, remove the leek from the bag and let it drain.
- Grilling: Cut the leek into 5cm pieces and skewer them with wooden skewers. Then glaze the leek with soy sauce and grill the skewers for 1 minute on each side. Enjoy!
