  • 1 leek
  • olive oil
  • pepper
  • salty
  • soy sauce


  1. Preparation -

    Wash the leek under cold water and cut off the top of the leek leaf. Then cut off the bottom as well. You can now remove the top layer of the leek. Heat the water bath to 85 degrees and place the leek in a vacuum bag.

  2. Yarn -

    Add a boat of olive oil and some salt and pepper and vacuum seal the bag. Place in the water bath and cook for 30 minutes at 85 degrees. After the 30 minutes, remove the leek from the bag and let it drain.

  3. Grilling -

    Cut the leek into 5 cm pieces and skewer them with wooden skewers. Then coat the leek with soy sauce and grill the skewers for 1 minute per side. Enjoy your meal!
