If you want to buy things for your company, we make it as easy as possible for you as a business customer. As a business customer you can enjoy a number of additional options. In addition to business ordering via the website, customers can request quotes and enjoy purchasing discounts.

Conditions
Do you want to order for an amount higher than € 1,000 or do you buy at least 10 of the same items? We will then be happy to make you a quote. If you agree with the quotation, please let us know in writing.
Souvy does not work with post-payment, so the invoice must first be paid before the products are delivered. However, after payment, the products will be sent immediately to the location you specified.
Super fast service
The fast service we offer to consumers, we also offer to you as a business customer. Your quotation will be drawn up and distributed as quickly as possible. Agreed and paid? Before you know it, you can use the ordered sous vide products at the office, in your restaurant or during your catering.
Own account manager
Having your own account manager sounds very interesting, but we find it especially useful. Always in personal contact with the same person, which benefits both you and us! Email directly to customerservice@souvy.nl to get acquainted.
Customized quotes
Do you already know what you want to order or would you like to be advised by your account manager? Everything is possible. Your account manager can help you with all your questions, product advice and putting together a customized quote.
Discount
You can easily prepare a customized quote by email. The more you buy, the higher your discount. Your account manager can tell you exactly what discount he can offer you.
Request a VAT invoice
Would you like to request a business invoice? This is possible! Send an email to customerservice@souvy.nl with your order number, Chamber of Commerce number and VAT number. We will send you the invoice by email within 24 hours on working days.
Become a point of sale
Do you want to become a point of sale or do you want to offer your guests the opportunity to purchase our items? Then read on, because you can easily become a Souvy sales point.
Terms and Conditions
To become a Souvy point of sale, a number of conditions must be met:
- You have been registered with the Chamber of Commerce for more than one year;
- Sales of our items must fit within company activities;
- Customers must be able to purchase the products in a familiar environment;
- It only concerns a physical point of sale.
Terms and Conditions of Sale and Compensation
All products that you sell on behalf of Souvy may only be offered at the current website price. During temporary promotions, often announced through social media or a discount code, you can reduce the price, but that is not necessary. For using an incorrect price (too high or too low), a fine of €25 will be charged on top of the current sales price on the website.

Product Range
You can choose which range you want from Souvy. It is also possible to keep some in stock and leave some at Souvy. Please indicate which products you sell, because that is what you make agreements about. A requirement is to include at least the following in the range:
- 1 type of sous vide device
- 1 type/size bags (ziplock or vacuum, small or large)
- 1 size containers (small or large)
