Ingredients:
- 100 g strawberries
- 1 tbsp apple juice
- 1 tsp honey
- 2 basil leaves
- black pepper (optional)
Preparation:
- Preparation: Wash the strawberries and remove the crown. Then cut the strawberries in half.
- Cooking: Add the strawberries, apple juice, honey, basil and black pepper (optional) in a sous vide bag . Cook for 15 minutes at 80 degrees.
- Serving: After 15 minutes, remove the bag from the water and let it cool in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Serve with liquid on panna cotta, vanilla ice cream, cake, milkshakes or more!
