Ingredients
- 100 g strawberries
- 1 tbsp apple juice
- 1 tsp honey
- 2 basil leaves
- black pepper (optional)
Preparation
Preparation
Wash the strawberries and remove the stems. Then cut the strawberries in half.
Yarn
Add the strawberries, apple juice, honey, basil, and black pepper (optional) to a sous vide bag . Cook for 15 minutes at 80 degrees Celsius.
Serve
After 15 minutes, remove the bag from the water and let it cool in the refrigerator for at least an hour. Serve with the liquid on panna cotta, vanilla ice cream, cake, milkshakes, or more!
