Ingredients:

  • 100 grams of strawberries
  • 1 tbsp apple juice
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 2 basil leaves
  • black pepper (optional)

Preparation:

  1. Preparation -

    Wash the strawberries and remove the crown. Then cut the strawberries in half.

  2. Yarn -

    Add the strawberries, apple juice, honey, basil and black pepper (optional) in a sous vide bag . Cook for 15 minutes at 80 degrees.

  3. To serve -

    After 15 minutes, remove the bag from the water and let it cool in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Serve with liquid on panna cotta, vanilla ice cream, cake or more!
