Grilled zucchini with olive oil and sea salt

  • 2 zucchini
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Sea salt and black pepper


  1. Preparation -

    Cut the zucchini into equal slices of about half a centimeter thick.

  2. Flavor -

    Brush both sides of the zucchini slices with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt and pepper.

  3. Grilling -

    Grill the zucchini slices on a hot grill or grill pan for 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until they have nice grill marks.
