Fresh fruit salad with mint

Ingredients:

  • Assortment of fresh fruit (e.g. melon, strawberries, blueberries, kiwi)
  • Handful of fresh mint leaves
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • Lemon juice (optional)

Preparation:

  1. Cutting fruit -

    Cut all the fruit into even pieces and place in a large bowl.

  2. Mint chop -

    Finely chop the mint leaves and mix them with the fruit.

  3. Finishing touches -

    If desired, drizzle with honey and lemon juice and mix well.
