Roasted chickpeas with herbs

Ingredients:

  • 1 can (400g) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Mixed spices (e.g. paprika, cumin, cayenne pepper)
  • Salt to taste

Preparation:

  1. Preparation: Preheat the oven to 200°C and pat the chickpeas dry with kitchen paper.
  2. Season: Mix the chickpeas in a bowl with olive oil, herbs and salt.
