Roasted chickpeas with herbs

Ingredients:

  • 1 tin (400g) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Mixed spices (e.g. paprika, cumin, cayenne pepper)
  • Salt to taste

Preparation:

  1. Preparation -

    Preheat the oven to 200°C and pat the chickpeas dry with kitchen paper.

  2. Flavor -

    Mix the chickpeas in a bowl with olive oil, herbs and salt.

  3. Schedule -

    Spread the chickpeas on a baking sheet and roast for 20 to 25 minutes or until crispy.
