Ingredients:

  • 1 large cauliflower
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • Optional: lemon

Preparation:

  1. Preparation: Clean the cauliflower and cut into florets. Place the florets in a food processor or blender and pulse until they have the texture of rice.
