Ingredients:
- 200 grams of lentils
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 200 grams fresh spinach
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt, pepper and cumin
Preparation:
- Step 1: Wash the lentils thoroughly and cook them according to the instructions on the package.
- Step 2: Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the onion and garlic until translucent.
