Ingredients
- 200 grams of lentils
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 200 grams of fresh spinach
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt, pepper and cumin
Preparation
Step 1
Wash the lentils thoroughly and cook them according to the instructions on the package.

Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the onion and garlic until translucent

Add the diced tomatoes and let the mixture simmer for 5 minutes.

Add the cooked lentils and spices. Mix well.
