Homemade guacamole and salsa

Ingredients:

  • For the guacamole:
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 small red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salty
  • Handful of coriander, finely chopped
  • For the salsa:
  • 3 tomatoes, diced
  • 1 small red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 green chili pepper, finely chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salty
  • Handful of coriander, finely chopped

Preparation:

  1. Preparation method for the guacamole -

    Halve the avocados and remove the pit. Scoop the pulp into a bowl. Mash the avocado coarsely with a fork. Add the onion, tomato, lime juice, salt and coriander. Mix well.

  2. Preparation method for the salsa -

    Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Let it sit in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes so that the flavors blend well.
