No party is complete without these two iconic dips. Guacamole, creamy and rich, combined with a spicy, fresh salsa. Together they make the perfect duo for nachos, tacos, or just as a snack with tortilla chips.

Ingredients:
For the guacamole:- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 small red onion, finely chopped
- 1 tomato, diced
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salty
- Handful of coriander, finely chopped
- 3 tomatoes, diced
- 1 small red onion, finely chopped
- 1 green chili pepper, finely chopped
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salty
- Handful of coriander, finely chopped
Preparation:
- Directions for the guacamole: Halve the avocados and remove the pit. Scoop the flesh into a bowl. Mash the avocado coarsely with a fork. Add the onion, tomato, lime juice, salt and coriander. Mix well.
- Directions for the salsa: Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Let it sit in the fridge for at least 30 minutes so that the flavors blend well.
