Garlic bread with fresh herbs

  • 1 baguette
  • 100 grams of soft butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Handful of fresh herbs (e.g. parsley, chives), finely chopped
  • Salty


  1. Step 1 -

    Preheat the oven to 200°C.

  2. Step 2 -

    Mix the butter, garlic, herbs and salt in a bowl.

  3. Step 3 -

    Cut the baguette into slices, but not all the way through.

  4. Step 4 -

    Spread the butter mixture between the slices and over the top of the bread.

  5. Step 5 -

    Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
