Ingredients:
- 1 baguette
- 100 grams of soft butter
- 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- Handful of fresh herbs (e.g. parsley, chives), finely chopped
- Salty
Preparation:
- Step 1: Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Step 2: Mix the butter, garlic, herbs and salt in a bowl.
- Step 3: Cut the baguette into slices, but not all the way through.
- Step 4: Spread the butter mixture between the slices and over the top of the bread.
- Step 5: Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
