Ingredients:
- 4 corn cobs, boiled and grilled
- 200 grams feta, crumbled
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- Handful of fresh coriander, finely chopped
- Olive oil
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt and pepper
- Optional: add tomato and cucumber pieces for a fresh bite
Preparation:
- Step 1: Cut the corn off the cob and place it in a large bowl.
- Step 2: Add the feta, paprika, cilantro, olive oil and lime juice. Mix well.
- Step 3: Season with salt and pepper.
