Corn salad with feta

Ingredients

  • 4 corn cobs, boiled and grilled
  • 200 grams feta, crumbled
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • Handful of fresh coriander, finely chopped
  • Olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt and pepper
  • Optional: add tomato and cucumber pieces for a fresh bite

Preparation

Cut the corn off the cob and place it in a large bowl. Add the feta, paprika, cilantro, olive oil, and lime juice. Mix well. Season with salt and pepper.
