Corn salad with feta

Ingredients:

  • 4 corn cobs, boiled and grilled
  • 200 grams feta, crumbled
  • 1 red pepper, diced
  • Handful of fresh coriander, finely chopped
  • Olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation:

  1. Step 1 -

    Cut the corn from the cob and place it in a large bowl.

  2. Step 2 -

    Add the feta, pepper, coriander, olive oil and lime juice. Mix well.

  3. Step 3 -

    Season with salt and pepper.
