Ingredients:
- 150 grams of wheat flour
- 150 grams of buckwheat flour
- 700 ml vegetable milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- pinch of salt
- Oil (for frying)
Preparation:
- Blending: Add the wheat flour, buckwheat flour, vegetable milk, baking powder and salt to the blender and mix until a smooth batter is formed.
- Baking: Heat the frying pan on medium heat and heat the oil in the pan. Using a large spoon, pour some batter into the pan and make sure it is evenly distributed. After 2 minutes, turn the pancake over. Now bake the pancake for another 2 minutes until the pancake is done. Enjoy!
