Vegan pancakes

  • 150 grams of wheat flour
  • 150 grams buckwheat flour
  • 700 ml plant-based milk
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • pinch of salt
  • Oil (for frying)


  1. Blending -

    Add the wheat flour, buckwheat flour, vegetable milk, baking powder and salt to the blender and mix until a smooth batter is formed.

  2. Baking -

    Heat the frying pan over medium heat and heat the oil in the pan. Using a large spoon, pour some batter into the pan and make sure it is evenly distributed. After 2 minutes, turn the pancake over. Now fry the pancake for another 2 minutes until the pancake is done. Enjoy your meal!
