Ingredients
- 150 grams of wheat flour
- 150 grams of buckwheat flour
- 700 ml vegetable milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- pinch of salt
- Oil (for frying)
Preparation
Blending
Add the wheat flour, buckwheat flour, plant-based milk, baking powder and salt to the blender and mix until a smooth batter is formed.
Baking
Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Using a large spoon, ladle some batter into the pan, making sure it's evenly distributed. After 2 minutes, flip the pancake. Cook for another 2 minutes until cooked through. Enjoy!
