Oatmeal banana pancakes

  • 100 grams of oatmeal
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 banana


  1. Blend -

    Put the banana, oatmeal and eggs in the blender and mix until it becomes a smooth batter.

  2. To wait -

    Let the batter stand for 15 minutes so that it thickens slightly.

  3. Baking -

    Heat a frying pan with some oil or butter on the stove and add batter to the frying pan with a large spoon. Fry the pancakes on both sides until they are nice and golden brown.

  4. To serve -

    Serve the pancakes with fresh fruit: for example blueberries, mashed banana and chia seeds. You can add some agave syrup or honey to make it a bit sweeter.
