Ingredients:

  • 1 cm fresh ginger (peeled)
  • 250 ml apple juice
  • 2 stalks celery (including the leaves)
  • 1 piece of cucumber of 5 cm

Preparation:

  1. To cut -

    Cut the ginger, celery and cucumber into pieces and put it in the blender.

  2. Blending -

    Add the apple juice and blend for 30 seconds into a smooth smoothie.

  3. Samples -

    Now it's time to taste! You can add some extra apple juice or honey to sweeten the smoothie.
