Ingredients:

  • 250 ml whole milk
  • 125 grams of butter

Preparation:

  1. Heat: Boil the milk until it just boils and then turn off the heat.
  2. Blending: Rinse the blender with hot water to preheat the glass. Then pour the milk into the blender and add the cubes of butter. Blend for 30 seconds until you see a smooth cream forming.
  3. Storage: Let the cream cool and let it rest in the refrigerator for 24 hours. This will allow the cream to settle. After 24 hours you can whip the cream with a whisk or mixer.
