Ingredients:

  • 250 ml whole milk
  • 125 grams of butter

Preparation:

  1. Heating -

    Boil the milk until it just boils and turn off the heat.

  2. Blending -

    Rinse the blender with hot water to preheat the glass. Then pour the milk into the blender and add the cubes of butter. Mix everything for 30 seconds until you see a smooth cream forming.

  3. Save -

    Let the cream cool and let it rest in the refrigerator for 24 hours. This allows the cream to settle. After 24 hours you can whip the whipped cream with a whisk or mixer.
