Ingredients:
- 2 courgettes
- 2 stalks of chives
- 1 egg
- 75 grams of grated cheese
- 65 grams of flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- pinch of black pepper
- pinch of salt
- lemon juice
- olive oil
- salty
- 1 clove of garlic
- 150 ml crème fraîche
Preparation:
- Grating: Wash the courgettes and then grate them. Sprinkle with a lot of salt, this will release the moisture. After 5 minutes you can wring it out.
- Cutting: Finely chop the spring onion and add it to the grated courgettes together with the flour, grated cheese, baking powder and egg. Season with black pepper and salt.
- Blending: Add all the ingredients for the sauce to the blender and blend everything together for 30 seconds.
- Baking: Heat some olive oil in the pan and pour small amounts of batter into the pan with a spoon. Bake on both sides until golden brown.
- Serving: Serve a few courgette fritters next to or on top of each other and add some of the homemade sauce. Enjoy!
