Ingredients
- 400 ml passata (mutti)
- 10 grams fresh basil
- 3 cloves of garlic
- Dash of olive oil
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Pinch of black pepper
- Pinch of salt
Preparation
Heat
Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a small saucepan. Briefly sauté the garlic and then add the passata. Simmer for 15 minutes over low heat. Season with a little sugar and turn off the heat.
Blending
Let the sauce cool and then blend it in the blender until you have a smooth sauce.
Cutting
Finely chop the fresh basil and add it to your pizza sauce. Then add the dried oregano and some salt and pepper.
Save
Taste your pizza sauce to see if you're happy with its flavor. Then pour it into a jar. You can store it in the refrigerator for a few days or use it immediately. Enjoy!
