Pancake batter

  • 2 eggs
  • 250 grams of flour
  • 500 ml milk
  • pinch of salt
  • butter or margarine (for frying)


  1. Blending -

    Mix the eggs, flour, milk and a pinch of salt in the blender. Make sure no lumps are visible.

  2. Baking -

    Heat the butter or margarine in the pan over high heat. Once the pan is hot and the butter or margarine has melted, you can start baking. Pour some batter into the center of the pan with a soup spoon. Make sure the batter is spread over the entire pan and turn it over after 2 minutes. Fry the pancake for another 2 minutes on the other side.

  3. Samples -

    After about 4 minutes the pancake will be done on both sides and you can start tasting it. Enjoy your meal!
