Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 250 grams of flour
- 500 ml milk
- pinch of salt
- butter or margarine (for frying)
Preparation:
- Blending: Mix the eggs, flour, milk and a pinch of salt in the blender. Make sure there are no lumps.
- Baking: Heat the butter or margarine in the pan on high heat. When the pan is nice and hot and the butter or margarine has melted, you can start baking. Pour some batter into the middle of the pan with a soup spoon. Make sure the batter is spread over the entire pan and turn it over after 2 minutes. Bake the pancake for another 2 minutes on the other side.
- Taste: After about 4 minutes the pancake is cooked on both sides and you can start tasting. Enjoy!
