Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 250 grams of flour
- 500 ml milk
- pinch of salt
- butter or margarine (for frying)
Preparation
Blending
Mix the eggs, flour, milk, and a pinch of salt in a blender. Make sure there are no lumps.
Baking
Heat the butter or margarine in a pan over high heat. Once the pan is hot and the butter or margarine has melted, you can start cooking. Using a ladle, pour some batter into the center of the pan, spreading it evenly across the pan. Flip the pancake after 2 minutes. Cook the pancake for another 2 minutes on the other side.
