Quinoa has become an indispensable part of supermarkets. This superfood is low in fat and provides a feeling of satiety. In this recipe we prepare sous vide quinoa with grilled mushrooms, bell pepper and tomato.

Ingredients:
- 300 g quinoa
- 1 stock cube
- 3 cloves of garlic
- handful of fresh basil
- 250 ml water
Preparation:
- Preparation: Preheat the sous vide device to 82 degrees. In this recipe we use glass jars, but you can also just use sous vide bags. Fill the jars/bags with the quinoa, garlic, basil, bouillon cube and water.
- Cooking: Cook the quinoa for 1 hour at 82 degrees. Remove the jars/bag from the water. Quinoa is extremely versatile but is often eaten with grilled vegetables. In this recipe we grilled bell peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes and hazelnuts in the oven. Then finished with some lemon juice and served in the jars.
Other serving options: salads, marinated chicken, poke bowls, etc.
