  • 300 grams of quinoa
  • 1 stock cube
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • handful of fresh basil
  • 250 ml of water


  1. Preparation -

    Preheat the sous vide device to 82 degrees. In this recipe we use glass jars, but you can also use sous vide bags . Fill the pots/bags with the quinoa, garlic, basil, stock cube and water.

  2. Yarn -

    Cook the quinoa for 1 hour at 82 degrees. Remove the pots/bag from the water. Quinoa is extremely versatile but is often eaten with grilled vegetables. In this recipe we grilled peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes and hazelnuts in the oven. Then finished with some lemon juice and served in the jars.

    Other serving options: salads, marinated chicken, poke bowls etc.
