Ingredients
- 400 g Brussels sprouts
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sambal
- 2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- 2 cloves of garlic
Preparation
Wash the Brussels sprouts and heat the water container to 85 degrees Celsius. Fill the bag with the Brussels sprouts along with the soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, sambal, and crushed garlic. Vacuum seal the bag and let it cook for 1.5 hours. After 1.5 hours, remove the bag from the water and cook the Brussels sprouts in a hot pan for a few minutes in all the juices. Enjoy!
