Ingredients:
- 400 g Brussels sprouts
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sambal
- 2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- 2 cloves of garlic
Preparation:
- Preparation: Wash the Brussels sprouts and heat the water container to 85 degrees.
- Vacuum: Fill the bag with sprouts together with the soy sauce, ketjap manis, sambal and garlic (pressed). Vacuum the bag and let it cook for 1.5 hours.
- Frying: After 1.5 hours, remove the bag from the water and fry the sprouts in a hot pan for a few minutes in all the juices. Enjoy!
