Spicy Brussels sprouts

In our Facebook group recipes are shared daily. This time a recipe from our member Richard. Sous vide Brussels sprouts with a spicy touch. Ingredients:

  • 400 g Brussels sprouts
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sambal
  • 2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • 2 cloves of garlic

Preparation:

  1. Preparation: Wash the Brussels sprouts and heat the water container to 85 degrees.
  2. Vacuum: Fill the bag with sprouts together with the soy sauce, ketjap manis, sambal and garlic (pressed). Vacuum the bag and let it cook for 1.5 hours.
  3. Frying: After 1.5 hours, remove the bag from the water and fry the sprouts in a hot pan for a few minutes in all the juices. Enjoy!
