In Ireland it's whiskey, in Scotland it's whisky. Both super tasty, but how do you turn a normal whiskey into one you'll never forget? You do that with the smoking gun from Souvy!

Ingredients:
- Whiskey (optional)
- 1 g wood chips
Preparation:
- Smoke the whiskey: Place the whiskey, one glass at a time, in the sous vide container or other transparent container of your choice. Add the wood chips to the Smoking Gun and turn it on. Make sure the container is completely filled with smoke (approximately 20 seconds) and try to let as little smoke escape as possible. You don't have to refill the smoke all the time, in principle the smoke should hardly be able to escape.
- Intense smoke flavor: Let the whiskey sit in the container for 5 minutes and taste the whiskey. The flavor of the whiskey should now have a much deeper, more intense flavor. Do you have the flavor you want? Then you can drink the whiskey. Do you want the flavor to be even more intense? Then let the whiskey smoke for longer and use some extra wood chips.
- Enjoy: You can apply this way of smoking to any type of whiskey. I do recommend going for a fairly neutral flavor. Let us know which whiskey you smoked via #souvy on social media?
