Cooking broccoli sous vide ensures that the flavour is preserved, and it also retains more vitamins than when you would cook it the traditional way. In this basic recipe we explain how you can easily prepare broccoli yourself as a snack or as part of a dish.

Ingredients:
- 1 broccoli
- 3 cloves of garlic
- Half a lemon
- olive oil
- sea salt
- black pepper
- Parmesan cheese
Preparation:
- Preparation: Heat the sous vide device to 86 degrees. Cut the broccoli into florets and halve them. Cut the garlic into large pieces and add them to the sous vide bag together with some olive oil, sea salt and black pepper.
- Vacuuming & cooking: Vacuum the bag and make sure the vegetables are in one layer. Use a second bag if necessary. Cook the broccoli for 20 minutes at 86 degrees. Remove it from the bag after 20 minutes and place it on a plate or in a bowl.
- Finishing touch: Squeeze half a lemon over the broccoli and grate some parmesan cheese over it. That's going to be delicious! You can make this recipe as crazy as you want.
