Cooking broccoli sous vide preserves its flavor and retains more vitamins than cooking it the traditional way. In this basic recipe, we'll explain how you can easily prepare broccoli yourself as a snack or as part of a meal.

Ingredients
- 1 broccoli
- 3 cloves of garlic
- Half a lemon
- olive oil
- sea salt
- black pepper
- Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Preheat the sous vide appliance to 86°C (186°F). Cut the broccoli into florets and halve them. Coarsely chop the garlic and add it to the sous vide bag along with some olive oil, sea salt, and black pepper.
Vacuum & cook
Vacuum seal the bag, ensuring the vegetables are in a single layer. Use a second bag if necessary. Cook the broccoli for 20 minutes at 86°C (185°F). After 20 minutes, remove it from the bag and place it on a plate or in a small bowl.
Finishing touch
