Fill the smoking gun with smoke dust . You can try different types of smoke dust, but we use lemon smoke dust .
Smoking
Place the olives in a container under the smoker dome. Turn on the smoking gun and smoke the entire contents. Turn off the appliance and let the olives sit under the smoker dome for about 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, remove the smoker dome and enjoy the cold-smoked olives. Enjoy!
