  • 500 grams of bread


  1. Preparation -

    Remove the crusts from the bread. Then cut the bread into equal pieces. You can choose to rub the slices of bread with some olive oil, so that the dried bread becomes extra crispy. Place the slices of bread on the rack of the dehydrator.

  2. To dry -

    As soon as the oven is preheated, place the rack with the bread slices on it in the dehydrator. After about 5 minutes, turn the bread slices over so that both sides are dried thoroughly. After 10 minutes you have delicious dried bread. You keep it in a sealed container.
