Ingredients:

  • 1 kilo of mushrooms

Preparation:

  1. Preparation -

    Start by cleaning the mushrooms. Preferably do not use water for this. Then cut the mushrooms into thin slices of approximately 5 mm. Place it on the rack of the dehydrator and wait until the oven has preheated.

  2. To dry -

    As soon as the oven is preheated, place the rack with the mushroom slices on it in the oven. It takes 3 to 8 hours for the mushrooms to dry completely. Once the mushroom slices have dried, let them cool and store them in a sealed jar.
