  • 1 kilo of lean beef

Preparation:

  1. Preparation -

    When drying meat, it is important to cook the meat first. You do this to kill any bacteria. Then you remove the fatty pieces of the meat, because these pieces contain a lot of moisture. Preheat the dehydrator and place the beef pieces on the rack of the dehydrator.

  2. To dry -

    As soon as the dehydrator has been preheated, place the rack with the beef pieces on it in the dehydrator. Wait 10 to 12 hours for it to dry completely. Then let the dried beef cool and store it in a sealed container.
