  • 500 grams of figs


  1. Preparation -

    Wash the figs. Then cut the figs into 4 pieces. Place the fig pieces on the rack of the dehydrator. Now wait until the drying oven has preheated.

  2. To dry -

    When the oven is at the right temperature, you can place the rack with the figs on it in the oven. It takes about 16 to 26 hours for the figs to dry completely. You can check in between to see if it is ready yet. Once the figs have dried, let them cool. It is best to store the dried figs in a closed jar.
