  • 1 kilo ripe plums

Submerge the plums in boiling water. This removes the waxy layer on their skins. Then, immediately place the plums in cold water. Now you can easily remove the skins. Cut the plums in half and place them on the rack of the dehydrator. Wait until the dehydrator is preheated.

Drying

Once the dehydrator is preheated, place the rack with the plums on it in the dehydrator. After 4 hours, check the plums' drying process. After a maximum of 8 hours, remove the plums from the dehydrator and let them cool. Store the plums in a sealed container.
