  • 1 kilo of ripe plums


  1. Preparation -

    Immerse the plums in boiling water. This will remove the wax layer on the skin of the plums. Then immediately place the plums in cold water. Now you can easily remove the skin. Cut the plums in half and place them on the rack of the dehydrator. Wait until the drying oven has preheated.

  2. To dry -

    When the dehydrator has been preheated, place the rack with the plums on it in the dehydrator. After 4 hours, check to what extent the plums have dried. After a maximum of 8 hours, remove the plums from the drying oven and let the dried plums cool. Store the plums in a closed jar.
