- 1 kilo ripe plums
Preparation:
- Preparation: Immerse the plums in boiling water. This will remove the wax layer on the skin of the plums. Then place the plums directly in cold water. Now you can easily remove the skin. Cut the plums in half and place them on the rack of the dehydrator. Wait until the dehydrator is preheated.
- Drying: When the dehydrator is preheated, place the rack with the plums on it in the dehydrator. After 4 hours, check to what extent the plums have dried. After a maximum of 8 hours, remove the plums from the dehydrator and let the dried plums cool down. Store the plums in a sealed jar.
