Green salad with lemon dressing

  • Mixed green lettuce (arugula, lamb's lettuce, spinach, etc.)
  • 1 lemon
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: handful of walnuts


  1. Preparation -

    Wash the green lettuce and let it drain.

  2. For the dressing -

    Squeeze the lemon and mix the juice with the olive oil. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  3. Optional -

    Finely chop the walnuts and mix with the dressing.

  4. To blend -

    Now mix the lettuce with the dressing and add the walnuts if desired.
