Ingredients:

  • Mixed green salad (arugula, lamb's lettuce, spinach, etc.)
  • 1 lemon
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: handful of walnuts

Preparation:

  1. Preparation: Wash the green lettuce and let it drain.
  2. For the dressing: Squeeze the lemon and mix the juice with the olive oil. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Optional: Finely chop the walnuts and mix through the dressing.
  4. Mix: Now mix the lettuce with the dressing and add the walnuts if desired.
