Focaccia, it is so much more than just bread. This light and tasty treat from Italy is the perfect addition to any Italian meal or party. Just on its own with a drizzle of olive oil and some sea salt is also possible!

Ingredients:
- 500 grams of flour
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 7 grams of yeast
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 300 milliliters of warm water
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- Coarse sea salt and rosemary for the topping
- Optional balsamic vinegar
Preparation:
- Step 1: Mix the sugar, warm water and yeast in a bowl and let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Step 2: Add the flour and salt and mix until a dough forms.
- Step 3: Knead the dough for 10 minutes on a floured surface.
- Step 4: Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover and let rise for 1 hour in a warm place.
- Step 5: Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Step 6: Flatten the dough into a rectangular shape, make small indentations in the dough with your fingers and sprinkle with olive oil.
- Step 7: Sprinkle with coarse sea salt and rosemary.
- Step 8: Bake in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
