Ingredients
- 250 grams of butter
- 15 sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 handful of fresh basil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 bulb of garlic
Preparation
Heat
Heat the butter in a saucepan or in the microwave until it softens slightly. Don't let it melt completely.
Blending
Place the butter, sun-dried tomatoes, basil, salt and garlic in the blender and mix together.
Freeze
Pour the butter mixture onto aluminum foil and roll it up. After 30 minutes in the freezer, you can store the herb butter in the refrigerator or serve immediately!
