Ingredients:
- 250 grams of butter
- 15 sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 handful fresh basil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 bulb of garlic
Preparation:
- Heat: Heat the butter in a pan or in the microwave until it has softened slightly. Do not let it melt completely.
- Blend: Place the butter, sun-dried tomatoes, basil, salt and garlic in the blender and mix together.
- Freeze: Pour the butter mixture onto aluminum foil and roll it up. After 30 minutes in the freezer, you can store the herb butter in the refrigerator or serve it right away!
