Cauliflower Rice

  • 300 grams of cauliflower
  • splash of water


  1. To cut -

    Cut the cauliflower into small pieces and remove the leaves.

  2. Blending -

    Add the cauliflower to the blender together with some water and blend until the cauliflower is the size of rice or couscous.

  3. Drain -

    Drain the grains through a sieve and dry the cauliflower rice thoroughly with a tea towel.

  4. Save -

    Store the cauliflower rice in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. You can also freeze raw cauliflower rice. You can season the cauliflower rice with your favorite herbs, such as chives or oregano.

  5. To cook -

    You can ultimately cook the cauliflower rice in water, stir-fry or prepare it in the oven.
