Ingredients
- 400 g green beans
- knob of butter
- 2 tbsp ginger syrup
- 1 shallot
- 2 tbsp fried onions

Preheat the sous vide cooker to 85°C (185°F). Meanwhile, trim the green beans and remove the ends. Thinly slice a shallot and place it in a sous vide bag along with the green beans, a knob of butter, and the ginger syrup.
Yarn
Vacuum seal the bag and place it in the water. Cook the green beans for 1 hour at 85°C (185°F). Then remove from the water and serve the green beans with some fried onions.
