Green beans

Sous-vide-sperziebonen

Ingredients:

  • 400 g green beans
  • knob of butter
  • 2 tbsp ginger syrup
  • 1 shallot
  • 2 tbsp fried onions

Preparation:

  1. Preparation -

    Preheat the sous vide cooker to 85 degrees. In the meantime, clean the green beans and remove the ends. Cut a shallot into thin rings and add them to a sous vide bag together with the green beans, a knob of butter and the ginger syrup.

  2. Yarn -

    Vacuum seal the bag and place in the water. Cook the green beans for 1 hour at 85 degrees. Then remove from the water and serve the green beans with some fried onions.
