Sous vide green beans! Not very exciting, but much requested by our followers. An easy basic recipe to cook your green beans in a healthy way.

Ingredients:
- 400 g green beans
- knob of butter
- 2 tbsp ginger syrup
- 1 shallot
- 2 tbsp fried onions
Preparation:
- Preparation: Heat the sous vide cooker to 85 degrees. In the meantime, clean the green beans and remove the ends. Cut a shallot into thin rings and add these together with the green beans, a knob of butter and the ginger syrup in a sous vide bag.
- Cooking: Vacuum seal the bag and place in the water. Cook the green beans for 1 hour at 85 degrees. Then remove from the water and serve the green beans with some fried onions.
