Want to make a healthy snack? Try sous vide radish. Radish has a slightly spicy flavor and is packed with vitamin C. Perfect for a salad or as a snack.

Ingredients

  • 400 grams of radishes
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 0.5 tbsp black pepper
  • knob of butter

Preparation

Preparation

Wash the radishes and cut off the ends. Then cut each radish in half. Season with salt and pepper and place everything in a vacuum-sealed bag with a knob of butter.

Yarn

Vacuum seal the bag and place it in a water bath for 45 minutes at 83°C (180°F). Then remove from the bag and serve as a side dish or snack.

You can also cook the radishes 2 degrees lower, and then grill them in a hot pan for 1 minute.
