  • 1 pumpkin (medium)
  • knob of butter
  • 1 sprig of rosemary
  • pepper
  • salty

  1. Preparation -

In this recipe we cook the pumpkin at 83 degrees because we are going to grill it. If you want to consume the pumpkin immediately, go for 85 degrees. Peel the pumpkin, remove the seeds and cut it into long strips.

  2. Pumpkin yarn -

Place the pumpkin in 1-2 vacuum seal bags and add a sprig of rosemary and a knob of butter. Season with some salt and pepper and vacuum seal the bag. Cook for 1 hour at 83 degrees.

  3. Grilling -

You can eat the pumpkin immediately, but we choose to grill the pumpkin for 1 minute on a hot grill plate. This gives you a real BBQ taste.
