Ingredients:
- 1 pumpkin (medium size)
- knob of butter
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- pepper
- salty
Preparation:
- Preparation: In this recipe we cook the pumpkin at 83 degrees because we are going to grill it. If you want to eat the pumpkin immediately, go for 85 degrees. Peel the pumpkin, remove the seeds and cut it into long strips.
- Cooking the pumpkin: Place the pumpkin in 1-2 vacuum bags and add a sprig of rosemary and a knob of butter. Season with some pepper and salt and vacuum the bag. Cook for 1 hour at 83 degrees.
- Grilling: You can eat the pumpkin right away, but we choose to grill the pumpkin for 1 minute on a hot grill plate . This gives you a real bbq taste.
