Ingredients:
- 750 ml rum
- 4 sprigs of lemongrass
- 15 mint leaves
- 3 pieces lime
- 50 ml sugar syrup (or sugar)
- sparkling water (soda)

Preparation:
- Preparation: Heat the water to 57 degrees. Lightly crush the lemongrass. Peel 2 limes and add the peel to the vacuum bag with moisture strip. Cut the same limes in half and squeeze them. Collect the liquid in the vacuum bag and add 10 mint leaves, the rum and lemongrass to the vacuum bag. Measure 50 ml of sugar syrup and add this to the bag. We use the remaining mint and lime for the garnish.
- Yarn: Place the bag in water for 4 hours at 54 degrees. Remove the bag from the water and cool it down until it is a cold substance.
- Serve: Serve the rum by topping it up with soda water. You can decide how strong you want the cocktail. Serve with the remaining mint, lime, and ice.
