  • 750ml rum
  • 4 sprigs of lemongrass
  • 15 leaves of mint
  • 3 pieces of lime
  • 50 ml sugar syrup (or sugar)
  • sparkling water (soda)


  1. Preparation -

    Heat the water to 57 degrees. Lightly bruise the lemongrass. Peel 2 limes and add the peel to the vacuum bag with moisture strip . Cut the same limes in half and squeeze them. Collect the liquid in the vacuum bag and add 10 mint leaves, rum and lemongrass to the vacuum bag. Measure 50 ml of sugar syrup and add it to the bag. We use the remaining mint and lime for garnish.

  2. Yarn -

    Place the bag in water for 4 hours at 54 degrees. Remove the bag from the water and cool until it is a cold substance.

  3. Serve -

    Serve the rum by adding soda water. You can decide how strong you want the cocktail. Serve with the remaining mint, lime, and ice.
