KOTAI knives are handmade and forged from Japanese 440C high-carbon stainless steel. This material ensures that the blade of the KOTAI fillet knife remains sharp up to 10 times longer than other knives. 440C combines a high carbon content for hardness and edge retention with the optimal amount of chromium for corrosion resistance.

The hand-polished pakka wood handle in combination with the perfect weight distribution ensures that you can cut through the toughest food with ease. The design does not compromise on comfort.
