Ingredients:

  • 500 grams of sausage meat
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 4 large potatoes, sliced
  • 1 bunch of kale, finely chopped
  • 1 liter chicken stock
  • 200 milliliters cream
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation:

  1. Step 1: Brown the sausage meat in a little olive oil in a large pan.
  2. Step 2: Add the onion and garlic and fry until soft.
  3. Step 3: Add the potatoes and chicken stock and bring to a boil. Simmer until the potatoes are done.
