Ingredients:
- 500 grams of sausage meat
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 4 large potatoes, sliced
- 1 bunch of kale, finely chopped
- 1 liter chicken stock
- 200 milliliters cream
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Preparation:
- Step 1: Brown the sausage meat in a little olive oil in a large pan.
