Tiramisu: a sweet ending

  • 200 grams mascarpone
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 75 grams of sugar
  • 200 milliliters of strong coffee, cooled
  • 1 pack of ladyfingers
  • Cocoa powder, for dusting


  1. Step 1 -

    Beat the egg yolks and sugar into a creamy mixture. Stir in the mascarpone until smooth.

  2. Step 2 -

    Dip the ladyfingers briefly in the coffee and place a layer in a bowl. Spread a layer of mascarpone mixture over this.

  3. Step 3 -

    Repeat the layers until all the ingredients are used up, ending with a layer of mascarpone mixture.

  4. Step 4 -

    Sprinkle with cocoa powder and let it set in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
