Sweet potato

  • 1 sweet potato
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp paprika powder
  • 1 tbsp dried thyme
  • dash of olive oil
  • salt (optional)
  • pepper (optional)


  1. Remove the peel -

    Remove the skin from the sweet potato and cut it into cubes of 3-5 centimeters.

  2. Spices -

    Season the sweet potato with olive oil, paprika powder, garlic powder and dried thyme. Let the water bowl heat up to 90 degrees and cook for 45 minutes.

  3. To serve -

    Remove the sweet potato from the bag and season with some salt and pepper of your choice. You can store the sweet potatoes for about 3 days in a sealed vacuum bag or freeze them for months.
