Sous vide sweet potatoes are so easy to make and also super healthy. Many athletes use sweet potatoes for meal prep. By cooking sweet potatoes sous vide you retain all the flavor and texture.

Ingredients:
- 1 sweet potato
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp paprika powder
- 1 tbsp dried thyme
- dash of olive oil
- salt (optional)
- pepper (optional)
Preparation:
- Remove the skin: Remove the skin from the sweet potato and cut it into 3-5 centimeter cubes.
- Herbs: Season the sweet potato with olive oil, paprika powder, garlic powder and dried thyme. Let the water pan heat up to 90 degrees and cook for 45 minutes.
- Serving: Remove the sweet potato from the bag and season with some salt and pepper to taste. You can store the sweet potatoes in a sealed vacuum bag for about 3 days or freeze them for months.
