Sous vide chicory is super easy to prepare. Just clean, season and put in the sous vide!

Ingredients:
- 500 g chicory
- 200 ml orange juice
- stem ginger
- pepper
- salty
Preparation:
- Preparation: Heat the sous vide device to 85 degrees. Cut the ginger into pieces. Remove the outer leaf of the chicory and wash the vegetable well. Then cut in half. Place in the sous vide bag together with the ginger, pepper, salt and orange juice.
- Cooking: Cook for 45 minutes at 85 degrees. Remove from the sous vide bag, catch the liquid in a pan and boil this until it becomes a syrupy liquid. Grill the chicory for 1 minute on a hot grill plate. Serve the chicory with the orange sauce.
