Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 160 grams of granulated sugar
- 10 grams of vanilla sugar
- A pinch of salt
- 160 ml sunflower oil
- 75 ml milk
- 200 grams of flour
- 16 grams of baking powder
- powdered sugar
Preparation:
- Blending: Put the eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt in the blender and mix everything. Add the sunflower oil, milk, flour and baking powder and turn the blender on a high setting until you have a smooth batter.
- Baking: Grease the baking pan and pour the batter into the baking pan. Place the cake in a preheated oven at 175 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes.
- Serving: After 45 minutes, the cake can come out of the oven. It is very tempting to take a bite now, but let the cake cool completely before removing it from the tin. Finish the cake by sprinkling some icing sugar over it.
