Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 160 grams of granulated sugar
  • 10 grams of vanilla sugar
  • A pinch of salt
  • 160 ml sunflower oil
  • 75 ml milk
  • 200 grams of flour
  • 16 grams of baking powder
  • powdered sugar

Preparation:

  1. Blending: Put the eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt in the blender and mix everything. Add the sunflower oil, milk, flour and baking powder and turn the blender on a high setting until you have a smooth batter.
  2. Baking: Grease the baking pan and pour the batter into the baking pan. Place the cake in a preheated oven at 175 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes.
  3. Serving: After 45 minutes, the cake can come out of the oven. It is very tempting to take a bite now, but let the cake cool completely before removing it from the tin. Finish the cake by sprinkling some icing sugar over it.
