Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 160 grams of granulated sugar
- 10 grams of vanilla sugar
- pinch of salt
- 160 ml sunflower oil
- 75 ml milk
- 200 grams of flour
- 16 grams of baking powder
- powdered sugar
Preparation
Blending
Place the eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt in a blender and blend until smooth. Add the sunflower oil, milk, flour, and baking powder and blend on high until smooth.
Baking
Grease the baking pan and pour the batter into it. Place the cake in a preheated oven at 175 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) for 35 to 45 minutes.
Serve
After 45 minutes, remove the cake from the oven. It's incredibly tempting to take a bite now, but let the cake cool completely before removing it from the pan. Finish the cake by sprinkling it with powdered sugar.
