Cold brew coffee is coffee that, unlike an espresso for example, is mixed with a lower temperature of water. This results in the bitter, sour taste disappearing. Cold brewed coffee is therefore not the same as iced coffee. With iced coffee, the preparation is hot and then cooled. Cold brewed coffee can be kept refrigerated for days without losing its taste. In this recipe we make a sous vide coffee concentrate! You can then mix this with water, milk or both!
