Ingredients:

  • 30 grams of chives
  • 40 grams parsley
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 125 grams of soft butter
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Preparation:

  1. From the fridge: Take the butter out of the fridge 20 minutes in advance. Chop the chives and parsley coarsely.
  2. Blending: Place all ingredients in the blender and mix until well combined.
  3. Freezing: Pour the butter mixture onto aluminum foil and roll it into a roll. Put it in the freezer and wait for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes you can take it out of the freezer and store it in the refrigerator or serve it directly with bread from the oven.
