Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 250 ml Greek yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon ground linseed
  • 500 ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation:

  1. To cut -

    Cut the frozen banana into pieces.

  2. Blending -

    Add the banana, Greek yogurt, linseed, almond milk and vanilla extract to the blender and blend until a smooth smoothie is formed.
