  • 1 kilo of apple
  • 100 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice


  1. Preparation -

    Start by washing the apples. Remove the core with an apple corer. Then cut the apples into thin slices of 5 millimeters thick. Sprinkle the slices with fresh lemon juice. Place the apple slices on the rack of the dehydrator.

  2. To dry -

    Set the temperature of the drying oven to 57 degrees. The drying time of the apple slices is 8 hours. After 8 hours, remove the apple slices from the dehydrator. Once the slices have cooled, you can store them in a jar or use them immediately.
