Start by washing the apples. Core them with an apple corer. Then, thinly slice the apples into 5-millimeter thick slices. Sprinkle the slices with fresh lemon juice. Place the apple slices on the rack in the dehydrator.

Drying

Set the dehydrator temperature to 57 degrees Celsius. The apple slices will dry for 8 hours. After 8 hours, remove them from the dehydrator. Once cooled, you can store them in a jar or use them immediately.
