In this recipe we make sous vide pickled onions! If you have a sealed jar you don't even need vacuum bags.

Ingredients:
- 2 red onions
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp salt
- 200 ml water
- 200 ml white wine vinegar
- pepper
Preparation:
- Preparation: Set the sous vide device to 82 degrees. Cover and cut the red onions into thin rings. If you have a preserving jar you can put the onions in it, if you don't have one then place the onions in a vacuum bag.
- Ingredients: Add the white wine vinegar, water, pinch of pepper, sugar and a tablespoon of salt. Seal the bag or close the jar. Place in the bath for 45 minutes. Remove the jar or bag and stir the substance. You can use the onions in a huge variety of dishes.
