Ingredients
- 500 ml rum
- 1 tsp cloves
- 1 lime
- 1 lemon peel
- 2 tbsp coffee beans
- espresso
- sugar syrup
- ice cubes
Preparation
Mix
Combine the rum, cloves, lime zest, lemon zest, and coffee beans and place them in a vacuum-sealed bag with a moisture seal. Cook for 20 minutes at 60°C (140°F). Then strain all ingredients through a sieve.
Cocktail
You can now use the rum in a delicious cocktail . This is just an example, but you can experiment with it yourself. Pour a layer of the mixed rum into a cocktail glass and mix with espresso and simple syrup. Garnish with ice.
