Make a sous vide infused rum with coffee, which you can then use in a variety of cocktails.

Ingredients:
- 500 ml rum
- 1 tsp cloves
- 1 lime
- 1 lemon peel
- 2 tbsp coffee beans
- espresso
- sugar syrup
- ice cubes
Preparation:
- Mix: Mix the rum, cloves, lime peel, lemon peel and coffee beans and place in a vacuum bag with moisture strip. Cook for 20 minutes at 60 degrees. Then remove all ingredients with a sieve.
- Cocktail: You can now use the rum in a delicious cocktail . This is an example but you can experiment with it yourself. Pour a layer of the mixed rum in a cocktail glass and mix with an espresso and sugar syrup. Finish with an ice cube.
