Infused rum with coffee

  • 500 ml of rum
  • 1 tsp cloves
  • 1 lime
  • 1 lemon peel
  • 2 tbsp coffee beans
  • espresso
  • sugar syrup
  • ice cubes


  1. To blend -

    Mix the rum, cloves, lime peel, lemon peel and coffee beans and place them in a vacuum bag with a moisture strip . Cook for 20 minutes at 60 degrees. Then remove all ingredients with a sieve.

  2. Cocktail -

    You can now use the rum in a tasty cocktail. The below is an example but you can experiment with this yourself. Pour a layer of the mixed rum into a cocktail glass and mix with espresso and sugar syrup. Top off with an ice cube.
