Smoked mozzarella

Ingredients:

  • 125 g buffalo mozzarella
  • tomatoes (mix varieties)
  • Pesto
  • arugula
  • balsamic dressing

Preparation:

  1. Smoke the mozzarella -

    Connect the smoking gun to the smoke bell . Then fill the smoking gun with wood moth of your choice. In this recipe we use the lemon wood moth. Drain the mozzarella, pat it dry and place under the smoke dome. Let the bell fill with smoke for about 30 seconds and turn off the smoking gun. Let the smoke absorb for about 5 minutes.

  2. To serve -

    Serve the mozzarella with pesto, tomatoes, arugula and balsamic dressing.

    Optional: toast some bread with garlic in the oven to serve.
